The Failla Realty Story

The history of Failla Realty, Inc. started well before the existence of Failla Realty.  Samuel Romano, Camille Failla’s father, was involved in the real estate industry during the 1950’s.  In the mid 1960’s Camille Failla entered the real estate industry in a local Riverside real estate office.

During the mid and late 1970’s Ross and Glenn Failla (Samuel Romano’s grandsons & Camille Failla’s sons) developed an interest in the real estate industry.  In late 1979, Ross Failla and Camille Failla joined forces to establish Failla Realty, Inc. Soon after, Glenn Failla joined the Failla Realty Family Firm. The 3 Generations of Real Estate was now in full force and effect.

In 1990/1991 Ross Failla was inducted as the local Real Estate Association President. In 1994/1995 Glenn Failla was inducted as the local Real Estate Association President. Ross and Glenn Failla are the only brothers to become presidents of their local Association.
